   Brief

   Audience, required behavior, budget, and date. If that is not written yet, we write it on the first call.

2. 02

   Discovery

   Thirty to forty-five minutes. The output is a scope the first version can ship.

3. 03

   Build

   The repository is yours on day one. Working software every week. Design and engineering stay on the same build.

4. 04

   Launch

   Production URL, store submission when required, analytics, and monitoring. Accounts stay in your name. Continued engineering is a separate agreement.
